We do not trust client mobile apps. All trip claiming, OTP checks, waiting times, and ledger settlements are executed by authoritative cloud transactions. Modified or spoofed client builds are rejected at the gate.
2. Zero Surge Games
We do not artificially manipulate algorithms to charge 3x because it started raining. Rates are calculated from transparent distance, duration, and stops. Chauffeurs know their 85% cut before accepting.
3. Human KYC & Dignity
Every driver partner is vetted in person by our fleet operations team. We verify licenses, conduct background checks, test driving capabilities on automatic transmissions, and treat drivers as skilled professionals.

Cloud Functions with Transactions
When two chauffeurs tap "Accept" within 20 milliseconds, our transactional database executes exactly one atomic write and fails the second with a clear notification. Phantom double-bookings are mathematically impossible.
Play Integrity & App Check
Client requests must prove hardware-backed cryptographic integrity. Compromised or rooted devices cannot impersonate driver telemetry or spoof GPS coordinates.
Server-Authoritative Commission
Commission balances and credit limits cannot be manipulated on the phone. Only verified bank UTR submissions approved by admin review unlock driver duty.
Persistent Background Telemetry
Our Android driver app runs an ongoing foreground location service. Customers receive smooth, un-interrupted map telemetry even when the driver's phone enters sleep mode.
